Meet Jim Martindale

Jim Martindale has been involved in the real estate industry since 1977 and began specializing in commercial real estate and investments in 1982. In this ever-changing business, Jim is committed to evolving along with his team of professionals, who pay attention to the details and intricacies in every transaction. They have committed themselves to excellence and “Investing in you with you every step!”

 

Jim has served as the President for both the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS® as well as Azusa/Glendora Association of REALTORS® and subsequently held several other positions within both organizations. He served on the Professional Standards Committee at CVAR and also acted on the board of the California Association of REALTORS® Investment Committee and REALTORS® Active in Politics. He is also an accredited member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association. Most recently, he has been on the Board of Advisors at Azusa Pacific University and is a Financial Management Instructor at Summit Institute.
